  It was our first stay in New World Hotel. My family and I haven't been back in the Philippines for about a decade. The staff were professional, cordial, friendly and competent. The hotel amenities are as expected. However, there are opportunities for improvements. Room airconditioning is of primary concern, the room took a long time to cool. The staff were very pleasant and diligent in addressing our issues. The Concierge did not stop until we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located across an upscale mall with good and affordable restaurants. My family and I will definitely consider New World Hotel again on our next Philippine vacation.

  I have traveled to Manila 3 times and 2 of the 3 times I stayed at this resort. Once when it was under Marriott Brand name and once shortly after it switched over. I found the front desk people friendly and quick to process my check-in. The bell boy would wait and bring us up to our room so there was no waiting on delivery service. The beds were great. so comfortable with lots of pillows you almost wanted to have a pillow fight with your girlfriend. The food options were good and i would have to say that the breakfast upgrade to the upper lounge was well worth it. Breakfast was freshly made and to order. It made for nice memories for me and my soon to be financee.....Highly recommend it.

  After checking several websites, i decided to stay here for 110 ++. great location in the greenbelt for shopping and restaurants. friendly staff and the room was good. good gym and ...

  After checking several websites, I decided to stay here for 110 ++. Great location in the Greenbelt for shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff and the room was good. Good gym and pool although the water was a bit cloudy. Will need a refurb in a couple of years but I would stay here again.
